Do you accept custom orders?

Never say never - contact me at Hello@Vintagematilda.store with your ideas and we can chat about how to make it happen.

How long does it take to process an order?

If you see an item in the store, it is ready for shipment. I mail Monday-Friday. I will let you know when your item has shipped if an e-mail is provided with the order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. The easiest way to accurately quote the shipping price is for you to email your exact address. Best rates can then be researched. The rates will be emailed to you for you to make your final purchase decision. I will then add this to the product listing for you to choose and check out.

Do you accept returns?

  1. Eligibility for a return: All items, except downloads, are eligible for return. The item must be unused and in re-sellable condition.

  2. Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.

  3. To return an item, the purchaser must notify Vintage Matilda by email (Hello@Vintagematilda.store) of the intent to return the item. The product should be mailed to Vintage Matilda, 2103 Ovietto Lane, Bossier City, LA. 71111.

  4. Refund will be made once the item is received in unused, re-sellable condition. Refund will be made through the method used to purchase the item originally. For example, if the payment method used was PayPal, the refund will be made through PayPal.

  5. Shipping costs for returns will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

  6. You will receive an e-mail once the package is received and the refund request has been submitted. The time frame for processing the refund will be at the discretion of the original payment provider.

Do you accept checks?

The only payment methods accepted are those provided in the checkout process.

Do you accept exchanges?

The method used to exchange an item is to return the original item, then a new transaction with the preferred item can be made.

Do you accept Wholesale orders?

What if an order gets lost in the mail?

Tracking numbers are provided on all packages. Stickers are mailed

Is my credit card information secure?

Yes. Payments are processed by a third-party provider and are protected by encryption.
